For one week we slowly but surely step away from sugar, alcohol, processed foods and before staring lower calorie phase. We also increase water (herbal tea counts as water!) start taking our Detox Powder and plan for phase 2 with your guidebook, shopping lists, recipes and professional guidance. 

Detoxification of your liver is an important component to weight loss and hormone balance. 

Phase 2

Let’s Load Em Up!

For 2 days, funnily enough, we want to gain a kilo. Eat high-calorie and high-fat (not sickly amounts!)

This is done to fill up our normal fat stores and give metabolism (fat burning) a nudge that something is happening. Eat all that you will miss, the ‘naughty stuff’ as well as healthy fats like avocado, salmon, nuts…no guilt! 

Phase 3

Let’s Burn Fat.

This next 3 weeks, we slide into such clean and healthy foods at only 500-800 calories a day. What!? Yes, the calorie number is low (and temporary!), but remember you are releasing 2000-3000 calories of fat storage per day, so it is totally doable because the fat stores feed the body. Clever hey? 

Get excited; this is not the most successful weight loss program for a reason. High five on the scales each morning keeps us all super motivated.

Frequently Asked Questions

hCG is a naturally occurring hormone produced in the body – so it’s 100% safe.

Choose a time when you won’t be interrupted by social events or engagements where you may be tempted to indulge.  Women, you also need to consider your menses as it’s best to start on the first day your period finishes.

Weight loss can vary from person to person, but most of our clients lose an average of 250-300 grams per day.

Of course!  If you’re doing well and feel you could keep going, simply continue on with Phase 2 for up to 40 days.

Your goal is to eat as many fat grams (preferably the healthy kind) as possible. This will load your system with energy to get you through the next calorie-controlled phase. So, you should aim for at least 250 grams of fat each day, remembering to focus on fat, not sugar or starch.  You can read more about this in the program information pack.



A list of low-fat proteins (meat) water-based vegetables, and lower-calorie fruit.

You’ll need a few things to keep yourself organised and motivated.

  • Scales to weigh yourself daily
  • Tape measure for recording your before & after measurements
  • Food scale to weigh protein portions
  • Water bottle to ensure you’re drinking 2-3 litres per day
  • Pre-read the program guidelines
  • Set aside the time to complete the program
  • Use only oil-free face & body products

There are no contraindications with commonly prescribed medications for chronic medical conditions.

No pharmaceutical drugs should not be stopped without medical advice. Thyroid medication should be taken first thing in the morning and it is best to wait at least one hour before using your drops.

Cholesterol levels will fluctuate. There exists a great deal of emerging evidence to question the entrenched pharmaceutical and medical position on the value of cholesterol markers in the blood; however, the majority of our clients find their cholesterol levels improve according to standard ranges.

As your body produces its own hCG during menstruation, you can stop taking the drops until your period ends.  Simply continue on with the eating plan and recommence the drops once your bleeding stops, taking note of the number of drop-free days.  Add these extra days to the end of your overall program.

No problem!  You can still follow the weight loss program, even if you don’t eat meat or animal products.  We’ve included a few protein substitutes just for you.

Straying from the strict program guidelines can certainly set you back.  But don’t stress.  Just jump right back on that saddle asap and you should start to see your weight dropping again after a couple of days.



Yes!  We always offer alternative nutrient sources to cater for food allergies and intolerances.

While research suggests that skipping breakfast provides the most efficient weight loss success, we get that some people simply love their brekkie.  If that’s the case, you can shuffle things around and eat one of your snacks for breakfast.  Just make sure you don’t exceed your 500- calorie limit.

The short answer – no.  Especially during Phase 2, when your body is working its hardest to flush toxins and burn fat stores.

Yes, they are.  We recommend herbal sweeteners like Stevia or Xylitol.

Food addiction is very real – but fear not.  A few days of drops will stabilise your appetite and curb the desire for gluten, sugar, and alcohol consumption. Once these substances are flushed from your system, you won’t even miss them.

Weight loss can vary from person to person, but most of our clients lose an average of 250-300 grams per day.

You can still maintain your daily grooming routine as long as you use products that are completely oil-free. The only exception is 100% jojoba oil.  Being a wax ester it won’t interfere with your weight loss goals.

Dr Simeons noted that with fat resorption, other available vitamins and minerals are recycled. However in our modern-day world with its toxic challenges and soil depletion, we recommend essential support such as digestive enzymes, probiotics, B group vitamins and B12, amongst some others. These assist your digestion and metabolism during the program. Liver support will be important in some cases.

Note that low-quality vitamins may interfere with the rate of weight loss, especially synthetic nutrients or if they contain hidden sugars or oils.
