Just the items on your shopping list that can all be purchased at your local supermarket. But please, if you have these ingredients at home just use what you have, no need to use different kinds or brands.

Also, no stress if you don’t get all of the ingredients in one hit. We will be learning about the fundamentals of what is most important and why. 

Yes, absolutely, although it’s recommended to avoid processed and high-sugar foods and to focus on nutrient-dense meals to gain full benefit of your time and effort. 

Yes and no!  You may find the portion sizes would be enough to share two smaller smoothies, have leftovers of some of the ingredients to share and or keep going after the 5 days! 

Yes, you can customise the ingredients to suit your taste preferences and dietary needs. In many cases I will give alternatives or you can swap to another ingredient that you prefer. (ie I am not a rocket fan in smoothies, but love baby spinach!) 

While weight loss is not the primary goal of a 5-day hormone reset, some people experience weight loss as a result of consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods and being mindful of reducing sugars within the 5 days.

All you need is a blender of any kind. If you don’t have a powerful blender you will need to chop ingredients into smaller pieces, blend for longer periods and possibly put up with chunks in your smoothie.
