HI, I'M MARY.
For over 22 years I’ve supported women through exhaustion, hormone changes, chronic stress, and burnout.
I’ve also been there myself.
Even as a naturopath, I missed the signs until my body eventually forced me to stop.
Looking back, I can see the red flags everywhere.
At the time, I simply thought I needed to push harder.
I created this workshop because I know how confusing exhaustion can feel when nobody is helping you connect the dots.
And sometimes understanding what’s happening is the first step towards feeling hopeful again.
